Escolhi para o jantar do meu aniversário deste ano e foi acertadíssimo. Comi uma lasanha de pato incrível, o gin & tonic estava excelente. Meu companheiro pediu para levarem minha sobremesa com uma velinha e eles atenderam. Ela não aguentou acesa por causa do vento mas o que vale é a intenção. Ambiente agradabilíssimo, mesa à beira do rio e o melhor que Tavira tem a oferecer. ~ Gabriella F

Era um dia especial e nenhum detalhe foi deixado ao acaso e para quem visita a cidade e não a conhece é óptimo para explicar vários pontos de interesse sobre a cidade, pois tem uma óptima vista sobre rio, cidade! Bonito lugar junto a la Ría de Tavira. La atención de los camareros excelente. En cuanto a la comida no puedo sino darle cinco estrellas. Pedimos Pan de Ajo, pescado con arroz caldoso de tomate y pollo envuelto en bacon con salsa de mostaza y miel acompañado de gratinado de patata y parmesano. De Postre tarta de Boniato. Todo riquísimo y por menos de 25 Euros por persona. ~ Emilio C

We Skipped the Michelin-Star Restaurant for This. No Regrets. When we went to booms. Reservation at another restaurant in the area for a party of 6, they asked for a 450£ cancellation fee credit card authorization up front. That was a little insane to me so I skipped it and booked at Terraze instead (21€ cancellation fee). Everything was excellent! Even when I booked the wrong time on my reservation accidentally they accommodated us 2 hours earlier. The wine was great, the Moscow mule is one of the best we’ve ever had, my friend even raved about her Long Island iced tea… we had the tuna tartare, ceviche, garlic and cheese bread, fresh cod, octopus, duck lasagna and the gnocchi. We skipped dessert to get gelato across the bridge because we love that gelato place so much but definitely the best meal we’ve had thus far in Portugal! ~ Trisha C

Local con encanto a la orilla del rio. El personal es muy amable, atento y se ve muy buen rollo entre ellos. La comida nos ha encantado, pedimos pan de ajo, pescado con arroz caldoso y pollo envuelto en bacon con gratinado de patata y parmesano, todo riquísimo. De postre tarta de boniato, deliciosa. Kiva,siisti ravintola Tavirassa,joen varrella.Jos haluaa olla terassilla,niin siellä oli lämmityslaitteita.Ruoka todella herkullista,alkuruokana bruchettaleivät 3 kpl jaettuna samoin isot valkosipulikatkaravut.Etenkin ankka ja gnochit oli loistava annos,myös turska annos hyvä.Jälkiruoka oli iso,siinä oli jonkinlainen kakku,ympärillä mansikoita,jäätelöä ja kermavaahtoa.Hyvä musiikki soi taustalla. ~ Rituliini

Très bonne adresse a tavira ,repas à la hauteur de nos exigences, quelques bémols qui n'altère pas ma note de départ ( oublié le pain petite erreur sur le addition),mais qui n' a jamais fait d'erreur dans sa vie c'est humain ,je dit ça car moi aussi je suis dans le commerce et les gens sont intrensigent voir arrogant .en conclusion si vous voulez bien manger alors arrêtez vous l' excellence n'existe pas . Sehr aufmerksamer Service, kein Wunsch bleibt unerfüllt. Das essen war sehr lecker - wir hatten ceviche, flambierte Garnelen und Fisch des Tages als Hausempfehlung. Tolle Location am Wasser, schöne Beleuchtung und sehr angenehme Lounge music. Ich empfehle es! Wenn der Urlaub länger wäre, würden wir unbedingt wiederkommen ~ Ana S

Très bon restaurant à Tavira. Nous avons pris le steak de bœuf et le poisson, et les deux étaient vraiment bons. Le personnel est agréable et un service sympathique. La vue sur la rivière rend le repas encore plus agréable, surtout pour profiter d’un repas tranquillement. Une bonne adresse si vous passez par Tavira ! ~ Maxime B

Tolles Restaurant in traumhafter Lage direkt am Wasser. Der Espadarte (Schwertfisch) war perfekt gegart, das Nasi Goreng hervorragend gewürzt und die hausgemachte Maracuja-Limonade sehr erfrischend. Freundlicher Service, schönes Ambiente und ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolute Empfehlung. ~ Marion F

During a day trip to Tavir on a very hot day, we were looking for a refreshing drink and a light snack when we discovered Terrace. What a gem! Beautifully located by the water, this restaurant offers not only stunning views but also excellent service and delicious food. As it was between meals, we opted for the Crispy Prawns and Bruschetta Mix. Both were fantastic, full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The prawns were cooked to perfection, and the variety of toppings on the bruschetta made for a delightful tasting experience. The real star, however, was the sangria. Without a doubt, the best we've had in Portugal or Spain. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, sweet but not overly so dangerously easy to keep ordering more! The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and friendly without being intrusive. I only wish we had more time to try other dishes from the menu. Highly recommended! ~ Joanna K

Para nosotros es el mejor restaurante de Tavira aunque no conocemos todos 😂. No es barato ni caro pero vas a salir satisfecho con el trato, el ambiente y la calidad de los platos. Ya he ido varias veces. Muy recomendable para llevar a tus padres o pareja para sorprender. ~ Jiraiya G

Great spot for dinner. We had the grilled codfish in garlic mayonnaise batter with grilled potatoes and peppers, and the steak with pepper sauce. Both were outstanding, the steak had so much flavour and was cooked to perfection, and the cod was perfection. The service we received was great, our waiter made an error taking our order and forgot to put the cod through. However, as soon as he brought the steak out he apologised and had it fast tracked out in less than 5 minutes. Great prices for great food and good sized portions. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who enjoy’s a good steak or piece of fish to give it a try. ~ Jason J

Un restaurante a pie del río, nos sentamos en la terraza exterior que está cubierta. La comida espectacular, pedimos ceviche de bacalao, croquetas de pato, bacalao fresco y de postre un bizcocho de chocolate más el entrante que te suelen poner. Todo absolutamente espectacular y muy bien presentado. Nos atendió Pacheco, con la amabilidad y educación propia de los portugueses, además de la facilidad de los idiomas. Unas vistas preciosas. Comida excelente, así como la atención de los camareros, el ambiente y la ubicación junto al río. Ceviche exquisito, ensalada de gambas con lentejas y cuscus. Pulpo empanado con un arroz buenísimo y pollo con salsa de mostaza y miel para repetir. Muy recomendable, y no es el típico restaurante de turistas. ~ Rubén P

Restaurante con una bonita terraza junto al rio. Ambiente muy agradable y servicio amable y correcto. Fuimos para cenar sin reservar y tuvimos mesa después de esperar unos 40 minutos tomando una copa en la parte del bar, así que es recomendable reservar antes. Buena relación calidad precio. ~ Neus Á

Sehr sehr lecker alles, Vorspeise, Fisch, hat uns wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Waren außerhalb der Saison da also auch nicht zu voll. Sehr nette Bedienung und gute Wein Beratung. Schreibe nicht so oft Bewertungen aber hier waren wir in tavira am meisten zufrieden. ~ Global S

Delicious food, fruity sangria, amazing ambience. Worth the money you pay. They serve a select menu of 7-10 main courses, including a few amazing sounding veggie options (not too easy to find this elsewhere). Lots of variety in the main dishes on offer and, of the five we tried, all were exquisite. The japanese tempura and cheese and rosemary pastel starters were great, as well as the three desserts we chose (particularly the chocolate mousse). All but one of the servers felt very welcoming (and the one was still professional) - the others were so friendly and amazing that I wouldn't take the service rating down from 5*. Didn't have to wait long to be served or for any of the courses. For the price of the final bill, it would be near impossible to find anything this tasty, well presented, and with such a nice atmosphere (and beautiful riverside view), back in the UK. Truly fine dining at a fine price. ~ Joe D

Ótima vista para o rio e serviço de mesa simpático! A comida estava maravilhosa. Comemos choco frito de entrada e um arroz de mariscos. Já as sobremesas foram uma cheesecake de lima e um mini tiramissu. Tudo estava muito saboroso. Recomendo e pretendo retornar quando estiver novamente em Tavira. ~ Fernanda A

Sfeervol restaurant heerlijk buiten gezeten. Heerlijke gegegeten vooral de tomatensoep met gepocheerd ei en gekarmiliseerde ui was erg smaakvol. De wijn die we besteld hadden smaakte ook erg goed. Als je in tavari bent is dit restaurant een echte aanrader. ~ Mariella D

Cod is the most prevalent fish in Portugal and they pride themselves on cooking it over 100 ways. My husband and I have eaten cod several times on our trip in Portugal but none was better than the dish served here. Light, delicate and flavorful. My husband ordered the duck lasagna which was stuffed with tender pieces of duck. The ceviche starter was probably the best we’ve ever had which is saying a lot considering the fish we caught that was made into ceviche on the boat. Mango was incorporated into both the ceviche and the cod dish and was out of this world. ~ Mary B

We were here for lunch last week. Location is excellent, just around the corner of more touristic restaurants. Good and friendly service, and excellent fresh food. We had two dishes: a sandwich (tabornice) with seared tuna, avocado, lettuce and a very tasteful sauce, based on mango. Second dish was codfish with a crust of garlic mayonaise, roasted potatoes, peppers and a sauce based on white port. Excellent gin tonics as well! Not the cheapest place in town, but absolutely worth the money (we spent 60 euros for 2 dishes, 1 dessert, 2 GT's and water). ~ Johan B

Bon accueil, cuisine de qualité. Morue cuisinée avec du riz, des pousses de chou, etc. Joue de porc.. Cela change de la grosse cuisine habituelle. Bons cocktails,Pina colada excellente pleine de saveurs. Rapport prix qualité intéressant. Par contre la sangria est fadasse. ~ René R

Comida riquísima, atención excelente y muy buen ambiente con una terraza muy agradable con vistas directamente al río. La dorada y el bacalao excelentes, y el ceviche también muy sabroso.El vino, un alentejo rosado, todo un acierto también. Relación calidad precio muy buena. ~ Laura
